I tried other music players and the problem persists

Then before full wipe data do backup data/boot/super partition by recovery TWRP. If after full wipe problem not went away, you could restore backup.

there is no that option on this ROMs. If you have root you can download Terminal from play store and write:
su
settings put system peak_refresh_rate 60

Instructions on OP;

Just did that yesterday, latest MIUI version, fastboot boot twrp -> format data -> flash ROM zip using sideload -> reboot, voilá.

Installed magisk after because of ramdisk roms.

Been super smooth for last 12h , crdroid is always one of the best.

What stock rom ? Latest MIUI is MIUI 14, which seems to be what you're on.

At last rom: when phone sleep some time (30-50 minutes), and then I open google camera - camera starts work slowly. Videofinder works with jerks, twitch. If the phone restarted, all becomes normal.

When coming from older version with 13.x firmware can I just use
1) adb sideload munch_miui_14x-firmware.zip
2) adb sideload ROMupdate.zip
3) reboot to system
?
Or is the new FW included in the OTA update?
