Is it normal that my google bar looks like this?
link: https://www.fotosik.pl/zdjecie/7bfdf769a6834334- sorry for the link, but I've got some issues while uploading photo here
I've gotten the bar to look like the new Google bar by installing GApps and the Google app (obviously if it is not included).
Give that a try. You can always search for the Pixel Launcher on the play store to remove it.

@PixelBoot
Can you please confirm which gapps package you used?
Also can you tell how you got pixel launcher to work? It Keeps crashing for me.
Lastly, GPS doesn't seem to be working, is that a known bug?

This is to share my experience with other users who are considering installing this ROM. I had already written some of the problems last week, but I did not write about stability, because I thought I should spend more time to judge the stability.

In short, I think this ROM is stable enough to use as a main phone. I do not use a lot of apps or play games, so my usage may not cover a lot of things, but so far, I experienced only one system crash. It happened when I was trying to add a fingerprint. The UI became unresponsive, then the system UI crashed. Then the "Google" boot animation appeared and did not go away. I think probably the system itself did not crash, and under the animation the system could have been working, but since the animation did not go away, I had to restart the phone. But adding a fingerprint is not something a user would do a lot, just a few times when setting up a new system, so it is not a serious problem, I think.

Everything seems to work, including video decoding acceleration, so all apps worked fine, except, the camera app. Especially, the Google Camera app. It kept crashing and showed a message that was saying that the camera driver is crashed. When that happened, camera became unusable until a system reboot. So, I uninstalled the Google Camera app. But even with the default camera, if I enable HDR, it crashed while processing HDR. But again, I rarely use the camera, and I could just turn off HDR.

This ROM does not have scrolling lag that I had experienced with the Pixel Experience ROM, and animations and scrolling seem smooth. Overall, the performance is not worse than the official Lineage OS 8.1 ROM. Of course, it is not super fast/smooth or anything, but that is because the hardware is slow, not a problem of the ROM. Overall, I would recommand this to Nexus 6P users who want Android 10... except if you use camera a lot. I thank again the developer for this ROM.

Even though I install the latest "Android System WebView" (version 81) from the Play Store, it does not show up in Settings -> System -> Developer Options -> WebView implementation. It only lists the one that seems to have come with the ROM (version 74). Is this a bug? I have another device that runs Android 10 (Lineage OS), and on that device, the "Android System WebView" I installed from store shows up.

I haven't flashed any files to a phone since the original Motorola droid, do I just put the file on the sd card and flash that way or use some sort of program like Odin or adb? Sorry for the noob question

@PixelBoot
I have some questions:
1. There are some random reboots in the flash when I want to flash the AOSP10, the system can't reboot successfully and will back to recovery.
2. the recovery need reflashed each time
3. backup account shows to debug only private cache
whoud you like give some suggestion?
Thank you!

So I've been using this ROM for the better part of last 3-4 months. Here are my thoughts:
1) Of all the Android 10 ROMs for the 6P I really liked this one for it's simplicity. It's very close to stock with nothing extra added. You won't get the latest features from some of the Pixel phones like Customization options etc but that's okay.
2) For the most part it's quite stable. I run alpha kernel, rooted with Magisk and also run ViperFX. No issues.
3) My phone would overheat a bit sometimes but I think that's because of the aging processor and overclocking at my end.
4) GPS, phone and other basic functions work fine.
5) The stock camera app works fine however it's quite barebones. I tried a few Gcam mods but I ran into issues with everyone of them.
6) There are a few bugs like sometimes the phone would hang on lock screen and only a restart would fix it. The dark theme schedule never works for me. But everything else is fine.
7) Thank you @PixelBoot for this release. I really hope the device maintainer will not forget about this ROM. Even though the 6P is definitely past it's lifecycle, it feels good to have it as a backup device.
