Using your rom now for a couple of days, flashing the patch with browser and sync options did not slow the phone down. Still feels equally fast to me.
Batterylife on gsm only is great; when on 3g there is an unexplainable drain of 2-3% per hour. I will test the drain on 3g again sometimes overnight. I undervolted the cpu which runs at 500 MHz max. Feels the same as on 1 GHz, everything reacts very fast!
So far I've found no major bugs at all; notifications in the pulldown menu are a bit hard to read because of the dark background. Switching themes alters the background of settings and sms menu, making them hard to read. Had some issues with wifi; in market frequent disconnects and download errors, but resetting the router every now and then fixed those. With ICS beta this wasn't necessary. Might be an issue with the router though.
I think this is the best rom I have used on my phone. However is it possible to delete your themes and have the stock sony themes installed? So original sms thread colours, menu etc. Although I would like to keep the black xperia as menu options background, that just looks great
