I discovered your rom since this afternoon. First, a big thank you. I must confess, I had a little trouble to install.

First, I followed your tutorial on xda (Factory Reset, Format Dalvik Cache, Format Cache, Format System, Install ROM Install GAPPS).

Then various updates were done at google play. I had the bug hardwares keys discussed in the thread on xda. so I downloaded the update as you suggest, that dated 3 November.

And then, not having seen the process for updates, I am based on what I knew, the only flaschage of the Rom. And then the re-start, cascading errors on the google applications.

So I made a second flash of the rom, gapps for. And I noticed that the root was gone. So I reflasché supersu-2.16 via recovery.

can we not use the gapps ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2397942 ) ?

Well I have?

Is it possible to specify the method for updates? Can I use supersu ? Does it have a program like opendalta (omnirom) to make updates easier.

Je découvre ta rom depuis cette après-midi. Tout d'abord, un très grand merci. Je dois avouer, que j'ai eu un peu de mal pour l'installer.

Tout d'abord, j'ai suivi ton tuto sur xda ( Factory Reset, Format Dalvik Cache, Format Cache, Format System, Install ROM, Install Gapps).

Puis différentes mises à jour se sont faites au niveau de google play. J'ai eu le bug des touches hardwares dont il est question dans le fil sur xda. j'ai donc téléchargé la mise à jour que tu proposes, celle datée du 3 novembre.

Et là, n'ayant pas vu la procédure pour les mises à jour, je me suis basé sur ce je connaissais, le flaschage uniquement de la rom. Et là, au re-démarrage, erreurs en cascade , concernant les applications google.

J'ai donc procédé à un deuxième flashage de la rom, des gapps. Et j'ai remarqué que le root avait disparu. J'ai donc reflasché supersu-2.16 via le recovery.

Ai-je bien fait ?

Serait-il possible de préciser la méthode pour les mises à jour ? Doit-on utiliser supersu, Aura-t-il un programme comme opendalta (omnirom) pour effectuer les mises à jour plus facilement.

yes you can use those gapps no problem.
yes you can use SuperSU too
No it doesn't have a program like open delta to update the ROM.
you update the ROM manually.

if you are coming from DU which is a 4.4.4 ROM, I don't think you require any different kernel to flash this ROM. Just following the instructions in OP would be enough

Excellent job!
Very smooth and somehow I managed improved screen on time as well.
The default recent panel still crashes though!

Me, too. No DPI changer , no bootanimation changes , no dynamic statusbar . Just give feedback.(I flashed 1108 build)
Though many features don't exist as he says, but I think they will come in the next build.
Aogp is a nice rom , smooth and battery friendly.
Waiting for the next build.

go to Settings->Display
there you will find dynamic statusbar
and if you scroll down to the end you will find "LCD density" where you can change DPI

Unfortunately, I had to go on omnirom after much disappointment.

- How to flash a little confusing for me.
* Flash supersu necessary?
* Use gapps cyanognmod causes crashes (google service)
* During an update, what does it flash? rom, gapps, supersu? Wipe Cache and dalvik necessary?

- Always the same problem of crashing system.ui (same on CyanogenMod) during a change of theme.

- I have problems with fluidity ...

So I handed the omnirom which seems more stable. I have a hard go about installing the AOSP.

I would like to get into installing this rom, but I always ask the same question without answer.

How is the process of updating between different versions of this rom (stable -> weekly, weekly -> night ....). Should we run the whole procedure described on the first page of this thread? Or a simple flash of the rom enough? The gapps is automatically updating? thank you

Maybe all is here written 1000 times .

If you use the same base flash new Rom and wipe cache and dalvik before system boot. Normally GApps should be reinstalled automatically or restored. If you got some troubles boot into recovery, format all, do all wipes and flash Rom and Gapps again.

I've installed the aogp_n7000-KK-NIGHTLY-20141113-0547 version, but when the rom is operationnal, it doesn't see my sdcard, why ?
