Instructions:
1) Download the ROM, Put in SD Card
2) Flash FXP Kernel Attached via FastBoot, Flashtool or QuikIMG
3) Enter Recovery, DO FULL WIPE/FACTORY RESET. Flash the ROM, Reboot

Known Minor Issues:

• Reboot in Power Menu takes you to CWM Recovery
• Led Torch Toggle in Power Menu Turns On but doesnt Turn off. So keep LED Toggle Widget in Status bar incase.
• Flash Light doesn't turn on in Camera. Already fixed but testing and will give a hotfix.

TIPS and FIXES:

• RECOMMENDED ALTERNATE LAUNCHER IS TREBUCHET Launcher
• If Attached Kernel is giving you Wifi Problems then use FXP 112 Kernel. Thanks for Tip by Kurosaki70

PS. Please make the smooth circle battery mod in your Hybrid rom. That's my favorite one. Why you didn't port that one? T_T

If this ROM can have switch app button assigned with current menu button, and the menu button is transferred to the screen like HTC did, then i'm sold

hansip, this ROM has sooooooo many features... and runs hell smooth as Nova and trebuchet launcher even with Stock launcher .. CRT animations, Reboot to recovery, toggles, and will add many screenshots later..

If I get this Stable then Hybrid is sure history...
