I've got loads of pink in V4, all the icons along the top are pink, my phone and browser along the bottom, loads of apps, in fact it appears that whatever was blue is now pink!

I have seen that before in other versions (v2). The solution for me was to press power button to lock the phone and then unlock it. The pinkish color turns back to normal.

i had also this pink problem after i flashed HydroCore 5.3...it is kernel problem, not the ROM...

reporting bug (not pink screen one)

if navigation bar has targets on the most right and and left corners, and you have 5 navigation buttons enabled, the extreme left and right navigation buttons wont work, the navigation target app will launch. they will conflict :3

i hope my explaination was clear and understandable

I did another clean install and all was well, until I installed the Digital Clock widget (which I like a lot btw) then everything goes pink.

I don't want to be one of those people, but how's the battery life? Last time I tried JB it was ok, 2 hours on screen over ~14hours, while I can get almost double that on ICS. Probably going to still try it out, just want to know what to expect.

So far so good, in battery consumption now after 24hs I have issues with WiFi disconnecting in deep sleep (doesn't reconnect on wake) and lock screen bugs (with the clock and weather) that doesn't allow me to access the drawer!

im on Jelly Core v2 with Hydra Core Kernel 5.3 - and i had this "pink problem" yesterday.
I was installing some apps though Google Play, and suddently it happened, only reboot solved this.

thats what i thought initially, change to my personal favorite 3.5 OC and now everything working as it should

Yes, you can because the rom you're coming from has a safe kernel as well as this rom. So you should have no worries flashing between these two roms. However, i do strongly advise you to do a full wipe in cwm because you're coming from one android os(ICS) to a different android os(jellybean)!
