I installed this ROM on my Sprint Note 3 yesterday and truthfully was surprised that virtually everything works well. I had to make a minor change to an APN seeing I use a Sprint MVNO but that's normal. Battery seems to be okay and there is little to no lag in operation. This is the FIRST Nougat ROM that has just WORKED on my Note 3, thanks to the dev for his efforts!

Didn't remember a problem but just used cam to record a short video and it took/saved a short video without issue. The only thing I noticed was that the low light videos aren't the best...

Can you give your backup(only initial start, as you wish), i think something wrong with my bootloader, or modem.
I dirty flash for now as I just did a clean install a couple weeks or so. And you should be able to find the current modem and bootloader her on XDA for your phone or make a nandroid and get the latest firmware from Sam's and either way install with Odin.

Guys, I FINALLY got a successful Oreo AOKP build! I am going to do some basic testing in the next couple of days (make sure it boots, can make calls, take pictures, etc.) Once I have done that, I will be looking for a few testers to do some more stringent tests that I just can't do, since I have to test using my wife's phone. As of right now, I am NOT giving out the link to the ROM!

Alright guys, I have tested the AOKP Oreo build, and it does boot! Calls work, camera sort of works (pictures work, app crashes when trying to save video), root works, at least the basics are there. I'm not sure what all features have been ported at this time, if any have. I know that ROMControl has not been ported yet. If anyone wants to test, pm me and I will get you the link to my unofficial build.
