1. Make sure you're on the latest TWRP or CWM
   
2. MAKE A NANDROID
   
3. wipe data/factory reset in recovery
   
4. flash ROM
   
5. flash Gapps
   
6. reboot
   
7. Phone will FC a few times....it's normal.

Looks like we might be having a strange issue. Sometimes it's starting to download, other times it's kicking back to themikmik homepage and other times I'm getting a internal server error. I'll work on a mirror guys.

No data. You can change a line in the build prop to fix data but it kills texting.
