1. Copy ROM zip and gapps zip to sdcard
2. Reboot device and go to recovery
3. Flash ROM zip
4. Flash OpenGapps ARM zip
6. Reboot and enjoy.

you need to install the firmware for moto c xt1754 in your moto c xt1756 and try again

I followed the steps to the dot but im stuck on the unicorn animation and it wont load past that? any ideas? I have an xt1754 with twrp on it
