A. Reboot device in recovery mode, wipe cache factory reset, flash rom..done, reboot.

A. This rom is aokp, so you can use all aosp kernel.
Q. Are the gapps included?
A. Yes, since version 2.0 gapps are builtin.
Q. What are the requirements for flashing the rom?
A. No requirements, you must go from any kitkat rom.
