Is there any chance you can upload your vendor and device trees (e.g. to GitHub) so I can try and get some other ROMs ported over to this device? Everything I've tried so far has resulted in error after error.

Missing Face Unlock

Hi there,

I've been using this ROM for a bit, and just updated with a clean flash to the latest version, but I noticed Face Unlock is missing, was this removed in the latest update?

Cheers.

I appreciate your interest, but currently it's not possible because sources are still WIP, people will have issues in building ROMS. So once everything gets stable & good to go, we will make them public & inform.

Thanks for explaining. I can't wait for those stable device trees! :)

Thought I'd let you know that after a clean flash, the volume is still off screen but I can access multitasking.

Do you plan to add a custom OTA server? (e.g. https://otaupdatecenter.pro)

Yes for volume panel I will make few changes in next build.

Sure adding OTA updates is in my list, I will look into it.

Hey @All
I switched from stock to LOS, then tried DU and since today I'm trying AOSiP.
From all custom ROMs I used so far I've the smoothest experience so far.
Only problem is Bluetooth audio is not working ( neither with stock nor with custom kernel)
Is it just me being dumb and missing something or is it a known problem?
I'm Magisk rooted, no Xposed.
If it's not me missing something I'll grab some logs
Thanks!

Did you delete anything from /Vendor?
I can confirm Bluetooth audio is completely fine.

I have a strange error where the mobile signals have crosses in them causing dialer bit able to dial from contacts. See screen attached
Was on realme ui1, downgraded to colorOS6.1, setup the phone and then flashed aosip.
All else works perfectly.
Any advise welcome.

Just a note, ussd works and can receive calls so phone is registered on network.
3rd party dialer work when choosing correct sim.

Update
Sorted data, APN settings were wrong.
Still cannot make a call from dialer, but manually entering the number to call works.

yeah for now colorOS is mandatory if using custom roms. I still didn't get that dialer issue you were saying about ? can you explain in detail ?

Those crosses just mean you have data turned off.

Using Google phone when I click on a contact to call, the screen flashes and goes back to the contact screen, it doesn't dial the contact . Weirdly enough when I open dialer and manually put the number in and press dial, all works fine.
I installed truecaller and clicking on a contact in it the call is made.
I cleared the storage on Google phone, but no luck.
I'm thinking or rooting and removing and reinstalling Google phone.

This is a minor, this ROM is millions of miles ahead of the Chinese OS.

Awesome work!

Thanks for making this ROM!

I noticed even if I toggle the Force 90hz on, the animation is not really smooth as 90 hz. FPS overlay shows at most 60hz, mostly 20 - 30hz. Is that a known issue?

    Reporting Bugs
    • DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
    • Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
    • Include your firmware versions in reports.
    • Mention any and all Magisk modules you might be using along with the Magisk version
    • If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
    • If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.
