PixelROM September Update (Mi 8)

Changelog:
- Updated to AOSP 11.0.0_r1 (Android 11 Release 1)
- Updated Google Apps from flame factory image RP1A.200720.003
- Fixed issue when AOD wouldn't resume when getting device out of the pocket
- Broke Ok Google Detection (Not on purpose, I swear!!)

I am on this ROM right now and it works really smooth, there were some critical bugs as far, i guess i will use it as a daily driver when the call audio will be solved

update: so far I found that live wallpapers are bugged, the screen turns off and you can't unlock or reverse it

remove these file from vendor folder ..../vendor/overlay/SysuiDarkThemeOverlay/SysuiDarkThemeOverlay.apk

P.S. Will try to make next build as a flashable package that includes vendor, system and boot.
