When I had problems with WHATSAPP I just check/uncheck the 2D option in settings...I cant test this now....I on cm7.2 stable...try and let us know

A look at this great ROM on video (especially the huge amount of custom settings):

Wow, this ROM is so much more complete than CM9 nightlies!
Only thing I still feel my MIUI does better is the transparent status bar thingy, there is that animation glitch that sort of ruins the effect.

Still, great effort and would be awesome if the defy dev-celebs (eppy, quarx) can combine forces around this ROM!

Man soo many Tweaks . But looks identical to CM9 apart from those super tweaks . Everything works as far as i have seen . Yet to test a lot . But on first glance . Yes this is d rom man . I hope CM9 Team would pick all the cool tweaks from this rom and make an awsome CM9 which are missing

Can u tell the procedures to install this ROM, Then Where we can get this ROM.

This thread is just here to direct people to this thread in Defy General by tngjs1230, I assume mods will move it soon. Hopefully we can get some more testing in the mean time. I am gonna test it now.

If you are already on CM9 With Gb kernel no need to worry just flash it on top of CM9 and flash Froyo kernel on top of it and reboot . You are good to go . As simple as tht . IT might not work with CM9 kernel (GB Kernel i suppose ) . But with CM7 kernel its way to go . Thats it .

And oh yes !! dont forget to clear dalvik cache . Rest are all just fine

And yes This rom is as fast as CM9 is concerned

I had a problem with WhatsApp too. But got it working. Here is what I did.

Play Store and Titanium weren't working so just go to Whatsapp website and download the app and install and it actually works.

I've flashed this again, probably the closest ROM/MOD (whatever you like it) to a stable version....

I love the customization options...only thing missing is the torch button in power widgets... btw how/where do I choose what options I want in Power Control widget?

As far as i know this was just a test by tngjs1230. Idk if there are any plans for an updated build. Perhaps we need a semi dev get on board and try to implement some fixes.
