Ouya Black

Is anyone using this with the latest ouya, the black edition?
I went from CM11 to this rom and I get stuck on the android loading screen. Was wondering if anyone else was having the same issue. Tried multiple time even with new download.

I've added a link to the output of dmesg

http://sprunge.us/PfNF

And to answer questions before hand. I used the latest recovery to install zip.

This apk requires signing first then it can be installed. I used zipsigner from the play store and signed with platform-keys and it worked. The picture doesn't fill the screen, however. There is a black border around the launcher

Haven't tried yet, maybe someone with CM11 can sign it and try?

also, I'm pretty sure you need lollipop to run this

Yep. Needs Lollipop to run. Has to do with the new leanback library in Lollipop.

Also, Found a way to sort of fix the tiny screen problem. Put it in landscape mode then just put your ouya to sleep, then wake it up. It should be on 1366 x 768

Anyone have an idea on black edition issues?
Nope. I'm not sure how different the black edition is from the original from a hardware perspective.

Also, Audio seems to be broken for me. Tried turning off NuPlayer and switching to AwesomePlayer. Also fiddled with my HDMI.
SPMC doesn't work at all. Newest KODI nightly works and seems to compensate for the weird underscan.

EDIT: Rom is rootable with latest SuperSu.zip

Ok, I install this (step by step) but.... Only Android Logo stuck.

How to get back to the CWM?
PC doesn't detect OYUA for using "Ouya toolbox" and reboot to CWM.

Any ideas? Any help?

Thanks a lot for future answers.

You can use a keyboard plugged into ouya to get back to recovery. I have done it a couple of times, here is a link to the procedure. http://forums.ouya.tv/discussion/1380/recovery-mode
Also you should consider the ouya boot loader in future as it allows you to use the power button to get into recovery. The link is somewhere in this forum section ( I am on my phone ATM). Hope this helps

Kodi 17

I tried the latest Kodi Krypton Alpha build on this rom. Seems to work pretty well so far! Android is a bit slow, but Kodi itself seems pretty decent.
