Maybe the problem is on ur current twrp.
Change ur current twrp, I use cofface twrp and I have no problem at all, else u can try changing the gapps or u may try dynamic gapps.

You can try to format system partition.
Wipe——Advanced Wipe——system——Repair or Chang FIle System——Chang FIle System——ETX4
Then re flash ROM and Gapps.

Try this
Look for ZCX twrp and flash with Flashfy or with TWRP and choose image mode
Reboot back to twrp
Factory reset
Full wipe (wipe cache, dalvik and system)
Flash rom
Flash OpenGapps Pico
Flash SuperSU or Magisk
Reboot

I've got a problem. So when I flashed rom, I tried to flash gapps but it didn't work then I booted once and flashed. Now when I try to login into Playstore, it gives me fc that Google Play services keeps stopping. Please help me.

What is AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.
Anyway to get a working system I added some changes from CodeAurora Forum.

How can I install it?
-Requires Unlocked Bootloader & a custom recovery
1) Place ROM & Gapps in your virtual SD
2) Reboot in Recovery Mode
4) Wipe Data/Factory Reset
5) Wipe Dalvik cache
6) Install the ROM zip
7) Install the Gapps zip
8) Reboot7
Any modification will changes the AOSP source code
The purpose of this ROM is the original flavor of AOSP.3
