Hi,
i tested Oreo build (from september 23) and here is what i found:
1. LED is not working when power connected. (no any color)
2. Always H indicator is shown, no matter 2g or 3g is active.
3. I deleted system Clock app but alarm notification is still displayed in notification line.
4. Sometimes WiFi blackouts are happen...but it's known issue
5. Some of ringtone, notification and alarm souds are duplicated.

Must say this build is very stable, regardless to some SoD, and i like performance level.
Hope my feedback will be useful.
If I found something else, i will notify you.

Regarding 2nd point, i too experience the same problem, phone doesn't switch to 2G network unless the 3G signal is very weak.

During long calls...like 5 mins or more, network doesn't stay on 3G, it gets switched to 2G. And 2G data doesn't work during calls thus resulting in data connection not working during calls.

That's different, point is you can't force the phone to use 2G network only, to save battery.

I am using 20170925 version (7.1.2) and I use "Kernel Adiutor" app to calibrate my screen's colors. I can set color setting but when I lock and re open the screen it reverts back to old colors. I tried different kernel apps but no luck. What can I do about it?

Lack of 2G is a known problem on 7.1, too. I think I now fixed it, but I need to test it before merging first.

2G worked well with lineageOS 7.1.2, maybe lineageOS has those commits.

I posted bcoz i thought there might be a relevant commit for this problem already in the lineageOS tree. So that could save the testing time[emoji28]

hi i have a problem. When I restart my nexus 4 I can no longer install application I am forced to wiper the rom

I had this problem with Magisk , reflashing rom/gapps solves it. Also supersu works fine for root.

your problem is with kernel, stock kernel does not support screen gamma controls, flash quanta or sinai kernel then test with kernel adiutor

messed up lcd of my nexus 4 while replacing touch screen digitizer. Thank you for providing oreo for n4, did enjoy while it lasted. Looking for MI A1 as replacement for n4.

@Ziyan, does the SELinux is set to development mode on the 8.0 builds? I think this is the reason why V4A can't install driver because SELinux isn't switching properly (I think?) to permissive, as by this post: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=73965067&postcount=72
Actually I went back to 7.1 build because of this single thing.
