Btw what is the instruction to install the 8.1 rom? The one in the OP is from the 7.1 version.
I only get the Android letters but it getting stuck at that (bootloop).

How long did it take you for to boot it the first time? and what are the installation instructions? are they the same as the 7.1 version? or not.

@androidjel I don't remember exact time, I had to downgrade to N. Installation is same. Wipes and only rom installation. Recomended TWRP is in downloads section.

@androidjel syncpt crash/stuck on N looks to me unfixable. Any help would be appreciated but there is almost no hope.
