There is a separate install available. I'm quite happy it's gone. It caused quite a bit of instability for me.

Hid to be not that harsh
In english:
are you serious? Start whining here because a feature is removed and you missed to create a backup before updating? It's your fault! Read the changelog and make a backup! And don't flash every ****ing nightly if you can't handle with it.

At least start learning English, damn it! Otherwise you have to post in german forums, even if this means I have to read your s&*# in native language...

Oh for the love of.. (well I don't believe in God but you get the picture)... If the OP wants to remove a feature then he is well entitled to do so. The rest of you need to realise that and respect his decision and stop whining like a bunch of 2 year olds who got their sweets taken from them.

Yeah, dorimanx 9.13 run perfectly.the toogle wifi bug is not more existing:thumbup::thumbup:

Gesendet von meinem GT-i9100

But DorimanX has other issues, and i hope that Dori fix that in futures releases...

For example, download TouchPal Keyboard from market, and install it on your phone.
Then try to type with TouchPal...just to discover that keyboard doesn't work...with DorimanX kernel....but if you use stock kernel it will.

anyone had trouble changing mount point of ext sd? i've tried ICS SD binder and remountSD but neither managing to work. might not be ROM specific but i haven't had this problem on the few JB roms i've tried (m1ui, slim).

thx for any help.

EDIT: it was 'Multi Mount SD card', new app so not the rom. got automateit to kill it when usb disconnected and all working fine with remountSD.

Yes !!

CARBON ROM 4.2.2 - dorimanx 9.13

Nice find, mate... Siyah kernel is my favorite kernel.

I hope GM don't mind about Gustavo update it with new mali driver....
About S3 kernel, GM said in his blog : "...CM10 support is dropped as I don’t want to keep 3 different mali drivers in the kernel."

Well, i hope that this doesn't happen in S2 too....

CarbonRom is an aftermarket firmware based on the Android Open Source Project. The team is composed of former members of Team Liquid who have forked the code in an attempt to bring greater speed, better coding, and full authorship to code. We are in no way affiliated with Liquid0624. The rom was forked at Liquid beta 3.2.1 and has since undergone major code changes and modifications. Please note that on some devices the kernel is not yet linaro compiled.

We are dedicated to fast, stable, and feature-filled roms, honesty and communication with our users, and openness with our code. We like frequent builds, with the very latest and greatest hardware support and fixes. We strive to not only provide you with the best rom we can build, but also to give back to the Android community and our fellow developers. For us, this is about creating something we can be proud of and hope you will enjoy.

Please feel free to look at, build, and use our code on CarbonDev GitHub.

We would like to thank CyanogenMod for their device trees, framework/settings mods and their code that was incorporated into this project. We also extend our gratitude to the devs whose code that we have incorporated. Proper authorship has been maintained and can be viewed on our repository.

Special thanks also go to Slim Rom for some of their features, PA, AOKP, and anyone else we may have borrowed commits from that hasn't been mentioned here. If you feel you have been unfairly left out, please - let us know.

While we make every effort to test these builds as much as possible, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to your device, family, pets, or perception of reality. We ask that you do your part to know your device and know how to recover from problems before you flash! If you have questions, ask your fellow users or ask us in #teamcarbon on freenode IRC.

Our next goal is to put together a build machine, and we need your help. Why do we need a server? Well, a few reasons. The first is the most obvious - we'd like to build more frequently and need the hardware to support it. That means drive space and speed. The more of each we have, the more we can say "hey let's crank out a build," and throw it up on goo so you see an update in goomanager. Right now, building is a pretty intensive all-day process. The second reason is stability. Building from a development machine means that the environment itself is less stable. This translates into, again, fewer builds and more work to make them. Faster building means we can build for more devices, too. All this free time means we can do more cool stuff. We've got a lot of great ideas coming, and every bit of time we can get to work on them means a better rom for you. If you've enjoyed Carbon, please consider a donation toward this goal. Thank you, and we hope you continue to enjoy Carbon!

..Here is the new discussion thread for the CarbonRom n7000 releases....a new round of nightlies will be available in the morning. Kejar31, Morfic, and myself will continue to support the exynos4 line in spite of our fallen brother....Sadly we had to part ways with ToxicThunder...the details of this can be discussed elsewhere. Carbon is dedicated to continuing the advancement and development of the n7000 and i9100. (as well as all of our devices) Next nightly should be up on the servers in a few hours and i highly reccomend checking them out...

Were sorry that our team doesn't always have time to answer every single of the device thread questions....if you want to expedite the process PM or tweet any of us...

Also please understand that less time spent on XDA=more time spent on the project....I try and clock about 60-80h on the project a week...I also have a girlfriend and a puppy and a family so sometimes I have to prioritize....

    Thanks for the info, mate.

I understand why flmunich is pissed off, but he can copy back the xposed applications to its location, or make CWM zip, so no big deal. Honestly, i don't use it.
If he can't do a CMW zip, i can do it for him

And i don't use any DPI application control, just because i like the way my S2 is. But, of course i understand that others like and use it.
Try to change the S2 into a tablet it's a stupid thing, (like PA settings), that's why i leaved RootBox....but that it's just my humble opinion....

Apologies for posting this here. I don't use G+ or Facebook so XDA seems like the next best place to post suggestions. Carbon is my DD and I have enjoyed watching it take shape. The Dark Carbon feature in particular is great! However, for awhile now in the Dark Carbon Email.app you can't see the option to display images in an email. I know the option is there and it's clickable, but it'd be nice to see it. Is this a cosmetic issue the Carbon devs recognize? I'd be surprised if I'm the first person to report it.

This is certainly a cosmetic issue I will look into revamping it thank you very much for the useful suggestion, you're helping us improve the ROM in doing so :)
