Open your update-oxygen-1.0.1-signed.zip and extract /system/framework/framework-res.apk this .apk is a zip too, just open and go to /res/drawable/default_wallpaper.jpg and extract the wallpaper!

Could one of you please suggest an application that I could use to flash an hboot img via fastboot?

I see that there are a few around but not sure which one to use.

And also, how do I check the md5sum on the hboot img file?

Some questions ...

I've test the new version of Oxygen 1.0.2 (yes i have download it by changing in the download link "1.0.1" by "1.0.2") ...
so I doesn't like progress bar of download state, and I'm not sure that new keyboard is more useful than precedent ...
but faster than 1.0 version... could it be more faster than today if we do something with this :

Just use adb, it's the best way imo.

If there is a changelog and no file available (yet) that might indicate Adam is finalising / uploading / building the ROM before it can be shared.

Just wait a little and it should come available for download.

If it is ready for download then Adam will tell. Telling people to download any file that could be named like the new rom could lead to posts about bugs which could be already fixed in the final release.
Something like:
"I have version x and according to the changelog the bug y should be fixed. But I still can reproduce it"...
