Hi guys! I have My OP6 since 2 weeks. From all the Roms I saw, Havoc is calling me so strong! It seems so freaking cool but I have some questions I hope you can help me.
1: I am now in OOS 5.1.5., should I update first to the latest OOS?
2: Once I have unlocked bootloader and installed the latest TWRP am I ready to follow the instructions and install the ROM?
3: How goes the battery drain? SOT or your overall during the day?
I hope you can help me, in my OP5 I tried to install a custom ROM which required the last official OOS, Gapps and I never could install It :/
Thank you!

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. Depends on your usage (and settings), but should be easily enough for a "normal" day. Just try it.
And you don't need GApps neccessarily ; )

So, may I can just install the ROM without the Gapps???
Yes. Doing this myself (one of the main reasons why I use Custom Roms), because I want a Google-free phone.
But: you could experience some disadvantages or inconviniences. Some Apps may not work properly (GCam for example), you can't simply use the Playstore (as it's not installed), Youtube is not installed and may not work properly, etc (I don't know every problem as I don't use all of this in general)
But you gain much more privacy and battery life.

And in most of all these cases, there are alternatives and/or workarounds/patches/etc
A good start to look at would be the thread of the Magisk Module "Nanodroid". It features a lot of Open Source apps as alternatives to the Google ones inclusive an open source Google Play Service (microG), which let you use most apps again (like GCam) PlayStore, F-Droid (an AppStore) YT etc

Hint:
If you still want to use GApps, you have to factory reset and reflash the Rom and install GApps before booting into system. Else you'll experience many bugs and FCs

Can anyone help me on how to install the latest pixel 3 xl modded gcam in this rom. Since the playstore version of gcam comes with this rom, modded gcam installation fails every time.

Thanks a los for this information!
Next weekend I will give It a try but if using microG I have access to use Gmail and the play Store It's enough for me. I guess I can use YouTube Vanced which I find it awesome =)

Nice, good luck! (Do not forget to create a full backup of all your data. You'll never know)

I don't know about the GMail App & µG, you have to try it.
Yes, you can(/should) use YTVanced (if you want to be able to login), it's also kinda "optimized" to work with µG.
Look into it's thread to get the correct version.

Concerning PlayStore:
Nanodroid has a patched PlayStore included, which should be able to download (and purchase?) paid Apps.
Just read a bit through the thread/it's github page to set everything right for your needs :)
https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/module-nanomod-5-0-20170405-microg-t3584928/

If you have Questions/ Problems (with nanodroid and/or µG) it would be better to post it in the suitable thread and not here. This is a bit too Off-Topic in my opinion ^_^
You can mark/mention me there, I'll try to help you

The TWRP is usually caused when you install the rom and forget to install TWRP again AND reboot to TWRP before booting the rom.

I try reinstall havoc OS vertical shooting mode not working
And remover app from system app bootlop ( magisk install complete )
Install :
From twrp flash beta oos
-wipe for flash oos complete ( no use advanced wipe )
-flash gaps
-flash magisk reboot
I tried many ways but still got software errors when using
Is this a user version ?
or is it just for developers ?
