Do you have AOD on or off ?

Disable proximity detector (pocket mode) and the battery drain will stop.

Look if module smart boost (one plus laboratory) is enable.
If on : disable it

I installed this rom & love it but i have some issues like my internet suddenly stop working, OnePlus gestures not working properly,digitalwellbeing not showing in settings & volte is not working i joined telegram channel but for reasons i am not allowed to write anything there admin not allowed me to write anything.

Firstly, I'm not sure how to add a new post to a thread. If appreciate a link on how to do that without replying. Secondly, I've noticed a few issues with this ROM for a really long time.
1. Some apps do not launch even after clicking the app icon randomly (happens at least once or twice a day). By this I mean that nothing happens when I click the button. This happens to Google camera, gallery and a lot of other apps. The only fix I use is restarting the phone. Until then, that app will not work. There is one app which always works no better what and send to be unaffected by it. It's a messaging app called 'WeChat' which never has this issue in spite of being one of my most frequently used apps.
2. I'm using two sims right now and one of them is a roaming one (GSM only). I'm unable to select the carrier I want even though I know the carrier allows it (it worked on OOS). Havoc makes it default to a carrier that I don't want.
3. The fingerprint sensor is not always on for me. It is at most times. But there are many times a day when I have to press the power button first in order to get it to work.
4. My phone also experiences occasional shutdowns (rarely) while doing normal day to day things on the phone
5. Sometimes the phone goes into a pseudo restart state where I have to long press the power button to get the screen to be responsive. I think it is not a full restart because it takes very little time and does not show the boot up animation.

I do not have an really aggressive power saving mode going on. I do however use the two apps doze and naptime which are both running in its default settings. I haven't tried adjusting the settings yet. I'm on the latest version of havoc and use the stock kernel that came with havoc. I have had these same issue when I tried Franco Kernel too. I appreciate any help.

To point 1: hit home screen button, long press the regarding app icon, open info and force close it. Then start it again. That usually helps, though it won't solve the problem in general.

I didn't think of that one. Thanks for the tip. I didn't know if any others were having this issue. I've never had this on OOS.

blu spark kernel 103 and underclocked the cpus to 1600/1056.
magisk 19.3 with gms doze module.
updated to OOS Open Beta 28 from Sept. 4th (https://www.oneplus.com/support/softwareupgrade/details?code=8) and Havoc-OS-v2.9-20190909-enchilada-Official one week ago. still running like a champ.

Issue number one sometimes halpens to me a few times a day. I also think a clean install might do some good. But since I'll have to do another clean install when android 10 gets here, I might hold off on that for now. I'll follow this guide the next time I install havoc for sure. I will try uninstalling nap time and doze. Your uptime is much more than mine. But I don't mind because recharging is fast enough. I think I'll try Blu spark kernel, underclocking, and gms doze and see if things improve. I really do love Havoc OS. It really does have nearly everything that I want. So I won't go away even if I have to live with all these bugs. Thanks a lot for your advice. I'm sure they'll help a lot.

I can confirm that i've got same problem but is not the rom i think but aggressive doze from naptime, uninstalling it, will resolve the problem, cause it "set to sleep" some services running in background..

If you have battery drain problems try to flash another kernel like blue spark or smurf
