Just installed this ROM with hydracore 4.3b + hwc blob. Bam this ROM is so blazing fast with no memleak.

It seems that memleak is there if you don't flash hwc blob though.

P.s. lockscreen not centered properly

Please, if you just read the OP, you will see every feature it has. Then, try it out! What is NOT in the OP that you need to know? It is pretty self-explanatory.

You mis-understand what I asked, really I was just nicely asking for what this rom offers that others don't. It was newbie question. I dont understand technical terms, just curious as to what making my Note a Nexus would offer me.

I know that everybody asks similar questions, and I also read the [GUIDE] Which Kernels are Safe/Unsafe to Wipe and Flash from, but I could not find some guide for my scenario.

I think every JB ROM is incomplete without the Entropy magnificent work "Blob". So now enjoy this super smooth rom man, with no memory leaks*.

to be very frank dude, RUN, HIDE or just collapse now, untill a guy named Chas burst out at everyone here due to your post. Seriously dude, there are now (all respect goes to famous late Mr. eMMC bug) more guides than rom here in Note section. Is "this"(<-click on this) so difficult to trace out, and not to forget the useful guide and tips in every ROM thread by the developer.

PS: I can sense Chas, he can be here any moment.

You need to get a home launcher that supports it. The only one I can remember right now is Go Launcher but I suggest you search for a better one. =)

Guys come on, it can take 24 hours before memory leaks sets in. In my case it only takes about 4 hours everytime before a hot reboot is needed.
