The main idea behind SuperNexus is to provide Vanilla Android experience, just like on Google's Nexus devices, to non-nexus devices. SuperNexus is entirely built from Google's AOSP Source. A lot of improvements and optimizations have been done to the Google's Source Code to have the best possible Vanilla Android Experience. SuperNexus is very light too as there are no 3rd party apps (ZERO Bloatware).

Big thanks to TeamHacksung (Donate To Them) as I'm using their Device Tree and SoC related patches in my SuperNexus ROM. Thanks to CyanogenMod Team (CM) as many features are cherry-picked from their source code.

Freaking awesome!!!

I'm abroad right now and I'll be home later tomorrow night. Can anyone currently flashing the ROM chime in on the GPS and Bluetooth situation once they see how it goes? The GPS on 4.2.2 has never, not once, locked EVER. (Although it worked very well on 4.1.2).

How's the battery life and performance on it compared to 4.2.2? Currently, Dorimanx kernel can't work right? Just want to clarify before I flash it. :)

So far So good! Only thing lacking I can think of is Advanced Menu (To set screen colour, touch sensitivity etc.) ... Any way if anyone loses root just flash the SuperSU in recovery. Get it from here CLICK ME!

Switching back to stock 4.1.2 Rom... sorry folks

Hi, I wanted to share my experience with this rom. hopefully other users can address the issues I encountered (or maybe not be annoyed by them), which made me and go back to the stock Jellybean 4.1.2:

    Dealbreakers:

    - Browser flickering. Yes, I understand this the stock browser's fault, and that I can use Google Chrome (my personal favorite) or some other browsers... the thing is, a lot of ad-supported apps I use, flicker as well, like tweetcaster, making them very hard to use.

    - For some weird reason, some jpegs on the gallery, appear as videos, and even weirder, they can't be "played" with the stock video player. MX player can "play" them... basically showing them for a brief period.

    - Proximity sensor does not work... so the screen won't switch off during calls and I kept opening apps with my cheek... brought back bad memories from the blackberry torch 9800!

    - long pressing the home button does not bring the piechart icon anymore, so I can't close all active apps, and/or clear the memory. I have to go to applications, go to running, and end the apps one by one.

    - volume level window (which you bring up pressing the volume buttons) does not have the gear icon anymore, so if I want to adjust media, ringtone and alarm volume levels, I'll have to go to settings/sounds or create a widget. Furthermore, I cannot adjust notification volume individually anymore - it is entwined with the ringtone volume now.

    - Power saving icon is gone... this helps me a lot, the phone does not get as hot, and does not consume as much battery, when on, and performs faster when is not, so I keep flipping it according to my needs.

    - Battery use. I've read a lot of other comments saying battery life is longer with this rom, My experience says otherwise.

    minor but annoying issues:
    - The carrier connection icon does not show (only the signal bars and the R if I'm roaming),so I don't know if I'm connected 3G, H+ or E

    - screen's autobright function keeps the screen too dark for my taste most of the time. I find myself having to switch to manual bright adjustment.

    - the backlight for the menu and back buttons cannot be set to remain on as long as the screen is on.

Things I'm gonna miss from supernexus 3.0 and/or JB 4.3:

    - Dialer app. Very clean, very FAST!
    - email app, which resembles the gmail app closely
    - the camera app, it's gui can get a little confusing, but is overall a lot better and faster
    - Lock screen, which you can swipe right for camera, and left for several customizable screens
    - the overall performance of this build is remarkable, far superior than 4.1.2.
