Yes just as thomas1991_12 pointed out you need to receive a message or notification to occur for Halo to show up. Try taking a screenshot, I found that the notification that occurs from doing that triggers Halo.

what kind of screenshot i should take ?

Just a standard screenshot of a homescreen or something. Hopefully should work because not sure why Halo hasn't kicked in for you

here's the screenshot, you see that whatsapp notification does't trigger HALO to show up. And there's no "HALO button" in my notification panel. It hasn't showed anymore after i "swipe" the rounded icon onto the " x " mark.
sorry for my bad english, i hope you get what i mean :)

Seems like you haven't enabled Halo. Do so from the notification bar (at the very top). If you dont see it I suggest you reflash and start with the basics and enable halo from the beginning (also flash gapps)

I understand what you mean but swinging to the 'X' removes a notification. Halo should still be there. You have also moved your notification bar it seems to the bottom looking at your screenshot. Dunno if that makes a difference. A possible reinstall of ROM and gapps should help.

If you swing halo to the "x", you exit halo. To activate halo again you have to click the halo button in the notification bar. If you don't see any button check if halo is enabled in settings (settings->panels).

I cant test wifi hotspot myself, because I have no datasubscription. So if you want me to look at it provide a logcat and dmesg of the issue and maybe I can find out. Not sure though as I cant test it myself.

I personally wipe everything (system, cache, dalvik, data), but thats more so I can do clean testing.
You should be good by wiping cache and dalvik (maybe system) and then flashing. But no guarantees.

Using pa_urushi-3.60-20130704, latest 5th June release and I have no root access. I had to flash supersu through CWM and I have root. Just wanted to give heads up :)

Will update later in couple of days about the performance.

P.S.: Also, can not switch to Stock UI from PA settings menu.

You are right about SU, trying to fix it now. Stock UI however works just fine here.

Quick toggles worked fine after I installed Gapps.
There's a bug - phone shows black light on screen instead of turning off the screen when locked sometimes. It can be temporarily fixed with a reboot.
