Hey Jason,

Thanks for the reply, I have it set to CMDA+LTA/EvDo, The toggles in the quick setting just say 3g. What is weird is right after I flash a nightly LTE will work for about 10 seconds, it then drops network connection and then its just 3g from then on.

Edit: Not only is it every time I flash a new nightly, but every time I turn my phone off and on I will have LTE for about 10 second if that and then its to 3g.
That's strange. Maybe the developer will give some insight for you. It's a new issue I'm assuming and your not on in a spotty lte location?

Thanks for your advice Jason, nah LTE is pretty strong in my area. I ended up calling Verizon talked with there tech support, and they ended up doing something on their end and now its working. Well it started work after I got off the phone and after they put in a order for a new SIM card. But hey, a FREE new SIM card :p

Awesome I didn't think it was the rom but I'm no developer. Glad you got it figured out.

well i have never been one to complain about battery life but. i just threw on Cyanogenmod 2014/03/04 nightly and same apps i had exactly as i ran them on carbon rom. and the difference is quite noticeable according to better battery stats. carbon would run 3 to 4 % battery loss per hr with greenifying the apps that tend to run in the background and cyanogen mod is pulling a steady 1.0-1.5% battery loss per hour. without greenify.

i did try carbon rom without greenify but it would be running even higher depletion per hr than with with greenify running.

Fixed this after a couple of reboots.

Another issue I have, the wireless charging stopped working, I had this issue with Devil's kernel but worked with Agni. Anyone else have issues on this rom/stock kernel with wireless charging?

During calls I have random vibrations, can't figure out what they are for. I don't see any notifications.

yea i tried two builds of carbon 4.4.x and had horrid battery drain. i used the 2014/03/03 build of cyanogenmod and battery life is superb. on 4hrs of screen time i get 1day 20hrs easy.

I reinstalled/flashed tw/flashed carbon still have APN issues. Love the features on this rom, but the list of issues is driving me away. I understand that the ROM is developemnt and I am no way upset, just need to get me a DD.

I just flashed the newest carbon rom and am having issues connecting to 4G. I can connect to 3G just fine. The preferred network mode is set to CDMA+LTE/EVDO. Any ideas?

Has anyone been able to get the backlight for the keys to say permanently off? I have it disabled but they still light up every time, not a huge deal but just wanted to get some feedback.

I would love this on my phone, I have yet.to flash any KitKat and I'm still on carbon jb nightly from nov27 (I think that was the lAst build but.I didn't check to verify).

The reports.of.battery life seem pretty numerous, so I will hold off. But I am extremely happy to see carbon rocking KitKat for the i605.

I see that carbon got a donated i605 but the bootloader is locked. I assume that newer firmware is not unlockable using NoYouVerizon toolkit so I shouldn't do a warranty swap under any circumstances? That is definitely good to know.

Thanks. It actually suddenly started working. :)

If you have a tw backup restore that then open maps with GPS on. Then reboot to recovery and restore your carbon backup. That always works for me.
