Install instructions:
Be sure you unlocked your bootloader
first time
1- power off the phone:
2- hold vol+ and plug usb to boot into fastboot (blu led)
3- fastboot flash boot boot.img (from liquid zip)
4- fastboot reboot
5- enter recovery, on boot press volume up 2 times
6-Wipe /System , and Do Factory Rest
7- flash rom (link in post #1 ) zip
8- flash gapps (link in post #1 ) zip
9- reboot
10-enjoy

Note : steps 2 and 3 and 4 are only if you are come from stock rom or stock based roms

A-just check its box in sittings and reboot you will notice that it turned off

is this link you can now move apps to sd via the App Info ? Or this is just a fix on the SD Card Write permissions?
