Well - Make a Nandroid - Factory Reset - Wipe System and Caches - Flash Rom and Gapps - I also flash SuperSU beta zip.

I don't want to lose all my apps again / progress / save / logins. I think I will wait for a few more versions before I consider it worth it.

It's up to you - I don't lose anything - I restore only user apps with TB - The update is well worth it in my opinion.

Because it's got the latest Merges - Additional build customizations & tweaks.
I've been testing the builds - And each one of Nick's new builds is better than the last - I'm not trying to sell you a pair of shoes - Make a Nandroid - Flash the Rom & if you don't think that it's worth it - Restore your Nandroid.
Nick has been putting lots of time and effort into the Rom - He's not doing that just to kill time....

New build is pretty awesome. Sleeping right off the bat and I personally can delete emails from the lockscreen now (I seemed to be the only one that couldn't do that before lol).
