Hello Everyone! This is my first "Rom" release so bare with me. Basically I got tired of having tons of apps sucking juice out of my battery for no reason. The purpose of this rom is to be as lightweight as possible without sacrificing performance, battery, features, or customization.


Thanks again sylentprofet for the great idea. If you want to check his rom out here is the link. All credits go to him.

Note: This rom has no boot animation! Do not freak out if there is a black screen when you are booting!
Also let the ROM settle for a couple of days before judging battery life.
If you get force closes after installing the rom just reboot and try again!

Installation Instructions
1) Download from top of page.
2) Check MD5
3) Backup (Optional)
4) Fully Wipe
5) Flash ROM (Do not flash gapps before letting it fully boot)
6) Reboot into ROM and let it fully boot
7) Enjoy!
IF YOU GET A SYSLINK ERROR DURING INSTALL GO TO WIPE>ADVANCED WIPE>WIPE DALVIK,CACHE,DATA,SYSTEM THEN REPAIR THE SYSTEM PARTITION AND REFLASH!

GAPPS Installation Instructions
1) Download GAPPS (Recommended Gapps Pico Modular Pack is recommended! )
2) Check MD5
5) Flash GAPPS
6) Reboot into ROM and let it fully boot
7) Enjoy!
NOTE: You will need to click on playstore to log into google sync. If google playstore gets stuck on loading close it from recent apps and restart it to accept the terms and agreement.

Just to clarify. This is Stock CyanogenMod. It is a a lightweight more battery friendly CyanogenMod but it is still CyanogenMod. All features should be working. Including WiFi theathering.

Remember there is no boot animation so you might see black for a couple of minutes. Also what HTC One model do you have? Sprint? T-Mobile? International?

Thanks I tried the mirror first and the website wouldn't allow me to download.

The latest build doesn't get past the welcome setup wizard for me.

I reflashed, wiped everything but FC setup wizard after language select.

Nope doesn't reboot. Just welcome wizard FC and then black screen. If i press back button welcome wizard comes back and again if i select language it FCs again.


Are you up and running OK? Have you used stock kernel or Tiny CM kernel?

As i said earlier.. After booting.. Black screen.. Doesn't get past setup wizard.. Only able to see network and battery signals, everything else is blank and black. Tried to flash this using CWM.. Maybe that can be the problem... can anybody check it with TWRP!
