i am sorry but my ROM not detect SIM cards and i am looking for a solution for this.
so if you want the AOSP Dialer here you are put it into system/priv-app
and for Google Dialer you can get it from here
extract the two zips before do any thing!
NOTE 1: AOSP and Google Dialers work only on Google ROM but you can try it on your ROM (stock ROM)
NOTE 2: AOSP Dialer app is not shown in app menu ? Fix = install stock AOSP launcher to display AOSP apps
NOTE 3: For AOSP launcher put it into system/app to display AOSP apps

That should also work for the SM-T230 and SM-T230NU. All three are the same (230 is WiFi) (230NU is WiFi and IR Blaster) (231 is WiFi & 3G)

Works on my SM-T230 - Don't know how.... Supposedly didn't have root, but gave it a flash and now I do

I Will admit I find the title misleading since it states ASOP when its not really a full ASOP rom, but rather another rom thats had the Samsung stuff removed and other things added.

When I clicked it I was thinking "Hold on? Tab 4 7.0 got an ASOP.... oh its another modded Samsung one"

just a thought here but maybe you could make the title [ASOP-Like]

Lol i said this ROM made to run AOSP apps
not build on AOSP source
stock Samsung ROM can't run AOSP apps.
