Are you make Factor y reset/full wipe ???
Im check this...

Yup, i made a fresh install...
I wiped all partitions except sd card from recovery...
then i flashed carbon rom zip and data fix zip and rebooted... and got fc...
I did flash the rom again without flashing data fix zip, the rom had no systemUI fc....
then again i flashed data fix on that fresh install, i got systemUI fc...
Means that data fix zip is causing that fc problem...

Mate, I dont think so that will help.. Cz what i did and what you say meant the same..
As i have flashed rom zip and data fix zip together, at that moment i haven't booted the rom once means there will be no cache, data produced at that moment!

Hi all...

Using Alberto97'rom ( http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2624111&nocache=1 on my moto G and really want to test it on my son's Moto E...

Lets get testing...for me, sorry, but GPS issue isn't so common as 1/2 sims & data connection...i've saw the patch from cybojenix and will try it too when i go for flash...if it works on 1 sim will be enough for instance...data bug is more "important" for me, even if it's used very occasionally...so as GPS...let's make a save & give a try...

For Info, this one is an XT1022 Condor, dual sim, european, in 4.4.2 stock for instance.(saved from 4.4.4 just now !!!)

let's get the "poor" Moto E retrieve some battery (make kids...:p ) for now and back here for more... ;)

want to say "almost" but can't install Gapps...first try, i don't remember...second, official from CM...failed with TWRP 2.7.1.0...rom passed flawlessly...strange...
I keep it on !!! ;)

Edit : Ok...really don't know what i'm doing wrong but not able to install Gapps...more to come in few hours... ;)

Ok....

i've find out why can't install...really bad idea from µSd card...from internal, everything is under control...but...(as always...)

-No connection on my carrier...surely sovable but lazy to search...and this phone is for my 13 aged son, so...
-Patch's not functionnal on this rom...

Anyway, will give a try as soon as dev will be more advanced...nice job anyway too ;)

Flashed on my xt1022 (Indian dual sim version).

Carbon ROM looks awesome, as usual. It's got all the features.

Sad part is that, it's not able to register to mobile networks on xt1022. Also, the fix that @cybojenix posted for his cm11 builds, does not work with Carbon.

Restoring back to my cm11 setup.

Good job nevertheless @xperiafan13

I tried to flash Carbon ROM on my XT1022 but got Continuous System FC's ..
even not able to see the HOME SCREEN also...
Is this ROM working on XT1022 without any FC's?

Data is not working in this ROM too?

If he is using The same device tree... Yeah same bugs as of CM11

For me there's no point in compiling any other ROM like AOKP, etc, using the same tree made by cybojenix will lead to same bugs present.
Instead im working on the device tree itself

Regards and good work on this one.

The issues that I've found playing around with this great ROM, nothing new.

    - Data not working (very well known).
    - GPS not working (well known).
    - Themes "forget" to be applied after one or two reboots.
    - After changing themes for a second time without rebooting, SystemUI FCs.
    - There is no option to tweak the vibration strength on "Devices Tunables".
    - The "See Through" option on the Lockscreen has trouble sticking. Sometimes the blur effect is shown, sometimes it does not.
    - The buttons on the Navigation bar have a very small delay to register a touch.
    - There is no option I can find to disable the CRT effect when turning off the screen.
    - When I turn the screen off and then I want to turn it on again after a few seconds, it doesn't.

Again, thank you very much for releasing this one. It is my favorite ROM.
