The answer is no and here's why, I tried that once and ended up getting unlimited messages of every process getting crashed. So instead of dirty flashing over LOS, perform a TB backup then perform a full TWRP backup, wipe system and data and flash OmniROM and restore the TB backup.
If you find bugs then wipe system and data again and restore the TWRP backup.
OmniROM is stable enough for daily driver but the battery backup is less as compared to LOS 15.1

Sure. Last time i tested yume's LOS I found it less smoother than nougat (eg. Tesla). But it was a few versions ago. Will (re-)try LOS, thank you!
Anyone else seeing random parts of the UI in pink with the latest update? Clean install. Notifications on the lock screen are pink, random text here and there is pink and certain apps are leaving a weird black square during animations (like exiting the OOS Camera app there will be a black box where the viewfinder was)
Edit: and actually the camera doesn't work. Every camera app just takes a picture that's solid green.

HDR was not on and the OOS Camera, Snapdragon Camera and Google Camera all took green photos. The viewfinder showed the image just fine but whatever was happening on the backside to save the photos wasn't working right.

I don't know if any one else have the same problem.
I can't make calls or receive any calls (the people say that the phone is "off"), if my wireless is on.
Any one know how to resolve the problem?

I can confirm this. Took 3 photos without HDR or HQ enabled. 1st photo was fine but remaining two were simply solid green.
I am on the latest build (25 July).
The rom is working fine so far. I did face occasional Wi-Fi disconnects and camera errors like force close or sound on even after disabling shutter sound, but nothing major that a restart could not solve. On other note, I wish to use Google Camera app on this rom. Could someone tell me, how can I do so? Will I need to root the phone, and if I do, is there a way to hide the root when using payment apps? Online payment apps force close when they detect a root.
U can hide the root access for payment apps in Magisk ...
So their will be no problem for using payment apps...
And me too facing shutter sound error...
Other than that ROM so perfect....

- Wipe /dalvik, /system and cache.
- Flash the ROM
- Reboot
Issues and reports
- DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
- Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
- If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
- If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log

FAQ
1. Custom kernel?
No! There is no compatible custom kernel for Sultan based ROM now.
2. WiFi display? Car bluetooth? Or else?
I don't use those functions so if you have problem with them, please provide some related logs.
