And let me introduce myself - I am the developer of this rom and I will also answer your questions when I have time. We are both 14 years old and we both go to school so keep in mind that we cant spent all of our time in xda.

For Locked Bootloaders:
1.Put the rom on SD Card
2.Reboot to recovery
3.Do a factory reset
4.Go to mounts and storage and format system
5.Flash the rom
6.Reboot
7.Use THIS guide to unlock Init.D adn be faster and smoother
For Unlocked Bootloaders:
1.Put the rom on SD Card
2.Reboot recovery
3.Flash the rom
4.Reboot till you see lockscreen
5.Reboot one again to get Wi Fi working(sirkay's kernel)

Settings>Security>AOSP Lock toggle
