it might be your browser...I usually do everything using chrome but sometimes, especially recently, IE works and chrome doesn't

Because jdi blue uses 1% battery mods. Maybe the one your picking doesn't?

Reboot doesn't solve the problem...anyone else getting this error message?

You have to go into exposed installer(modules tab) and check the NCB1 box and reboot. Also if you haven't installed or updated the installer you must do that first.
