Ok first eco does nothing on its own so that is not entirely the reason.Also i had a similar problem with mine shutting off and i kept having to pull battery. They said probably not a good idea to use eco mode while your underclocked to 100. it might not work well together. i turned eco mode off on mine and so far no more SOD's
Here's a brief explanation on eco mode...
Eco mode uses only 2 cores without losing performance (Or try to not lose any performance), and intelliplug is just a way to control the cores, just like mpdecisions. Eco mode is part of intelliplug BTW, so you have to have both enabled.
And guys there should be no need to uv on this rom/kernel (maybe with other roms and kernels it helps but not here)
Ptmr3 has set the voltages to a stable level to optimize performance and use a sufficient amount of power to do so. It's not advisable to touch them as some of us have tested them at different levels to determine the optimal level at which they should be set, without sacrificing battery life, nor device performance.
