So I have searched this thread and do not really see any dominant answer so I thought I would ask, especially now that I am sure this rom will no longer be updated and such...

What kernel does everyone who switches them like on this rom. The Sabre that is included? Anyone tried and liked Devil or NEAK over Sabre?

I like the mod ability (especially easy using their apps) of NEAK and Devil, I do not believe Sabre has such an ability to mod?

Anyways, so what works best? I thought I would ask before reinventing the wheel

Well APPARENTLY u didn't search or read the thread at all. Lol 17 is on the horizon. Who said it wasn't gonna b updated anymore? Lol. Personally I don't switch kernels. Don't switch. Sabre is ur best bet. 100 uc. Voodoo sound. Can't top it! PERIOD!

Looks like he is only trolling the thread to criticize sabre kernel. If he was a part of the DD group on fb or followed this thread at all he would know that 17 is about to be released and would even know where to find the changelog.

I have tried both devil and neak with this ROM. And I went back to stock put together by ptmr3. It is by far the best and most stable in my opinion

Thank you, and to the other replies, I appreciate you who answered what I asked. I am not trolling, I saw 17, it's got changes I do not like, I simply meant no more updates to 16 (meaning fixes)... I love it when people can't resist but to talk sh!t. smh

The other two were nice but I found I got lag and the odd force close. When I went back to stock sabre I experienced none of those issues.

X17 is going to have an upgraded version of sabre and a host of upgrades and fixes. I think you might be pleasantly surprised. I know I for one am pretty excited to taste some new Jedi love from ptmr3

I literally cant use a rom with out the 4.1.2 Gallery, and I beliee the 4.3 camera you can't change to external SD storage. I know these are all customizable but for me personally I need a camera I can save to extsdcard, and a gallery I can move pics from the camera folder to other folders for organization. The 4.1.2 gallery playing gifs is a nice perk too.

Yes I can use another app, file browser, etc... but why when in 4.1.2 gallery I can take pics, then simply from the default gallery choose any pics I want and move them to another folder very easily.

I didn't see that was changing in x17. Currently on 16 I have all my photos saving to external card and automatically going to dropbox box and Google plus. I will have to give the change log another read. Either way I am not a fan of 4.3 camera either so I would just reload 4.1 camera apk.

That's what I thought and I couldn't imagine that ptmr3 would get rid of Samsung camera in 17. That is one of the things Samsung does well

No. Ptmr3 just gave us a heads up that the change log was posted on Tmo forum. I know hes been real busy. So he was just giving us a preview of*whats to come. The update will be soon.... Its really cool he keeps us updated and gives us previews of whats to come. I dont know any other Dev that does that. Thanks Ptmr3 once again for your awesome and hard work. Take your time...

There is not at&t or t mobile jedi rom anymore they are all one rom now.. so everyone is now going to be installing the exact same rom just choosing different carrier files based on what phone you have.

Never heard of this before and have yet to have the issue myself.. unless u mean static on the phone or echoing a few people have said they are having that issue and apparently it is because of the phone..

Nope I never heard of that happening. Are you sure its the Rom? Have you tryed a clean flash?

Yea thats what I was saying. JediX Supports Att, Bell, Mobilicity, Rogers, Sasktel, Telus,Tmobile, Videotron and Wind. In the Changelog Preview for JediX17 says added support for Verizon and n7105. Sprint & n7100 is in progress. Soon Anybody with a Galaxy Note 2 will be able to Enjoy this Awesome Rom.
