Cant pass the cynogen mod boot logo

Did an soff rooted.. Installed Rummy kitkat, but why is it stuck at boot logo.. I waited ofr 20 mins and its still the same..
Please help

need to s-off or just flash through recovery ? our recovery version is 5.8.3.1

really appreciate your answer nader1450 , yeah i felt this could ne the one ! Rom is stock 4.0.3 ... is this http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/runnymede the recovery page for unlocked sensation XL ?

onejay09 man .. I really appreciate your time and work .. without developers and ppl who cares , this abandoned phones would not be alive , as way they are now . i don't have phone i asked for one one my friend couldn't seems to speak well and not familiar with great XDA .

if your last rom is 4.0 3 and have custom recovery

you can install this rom (no need s-off)

but, also you need to flash boot.img (inside your zip rom) in fastboot

fastboot flash boot boot.img .

okay thanks a lot for your persian link :) . it's better to flash latest twrp yeah ? if we wanna flash twrp 2.8.X.X then just flash it through adb or through cwm with zip file ? no need to anything extra ?

1- rename openrecovery-twrp-2.8.3.0-runnymede.img to recovery.img and copy to adb folder
2- go to bootloader and flash recovery (fastboot flash recovery recovery.img)
3- reboot to recovery
4- backup old rom
5- full wipe: dalvic cache, system . data
6- flash your zip rom (Runny_kitkat_v17.zip) and don’t reboot to system
7- reboot from recovery to bootloader
8- flash boot.img (extract from Runny_kitkat_v17.zip and copy to adb folder) (fastboot flash boot boot.img)
9- reboot to system
10- enjoye

Notice:
Runny_kitkat_v17.zip have 2 file for boot.img (1.25 and 1.28)
what is your hboot number?
hboot 6.28.xxx = 1.28
hboot 6.25.xxx = 1.25

    INSTRUCTIONS;​

    Boot recovery,
    Wipe data/Factory reset,
    Mounts and storage
    format, SYSTEM!, Cache, Data.
    Advanced, wipe dalvik cache.
    Install zip from sdcard.
    Install Runny kitkat and the aroma included gapps.
    Boot rom
    Log into playstore.
    Play store will close as it launches and updates some files.
    Reboot phone.
    Now you should be good to go.....
