Introducing

ROM-Assaye-V2.0.1
[Stock based-9.1.A.1.140] [LT30p][Unlocked and Locked Bootloaders]
In collaboration with vinss68

No claims, no nonsense, this is just a rom for people who need a stock deodexed rom to help with theming etc. and want a trusted source.
This is just made from dsixda's Android Kitchen and I hesitate to call it development. [MOD's, if you think it should be moved, feel free] Its just something I did and thought I should share
Feedback is actively encouraged
"For help, assistance, or if you have a question, use the Help and Troubleshooting thread".

Features

  • Based on [STOCK FIRMWARE][LT30p]9.1.A.1.140
  • Certain Bloatware I dont use removed {Like EAGames, Zombies, wisepilot etc} *On V1.0.1 only, (V1.0.0 has all bloatware for those that like it.)
  • Fully deodexed (Except one file for playstationcertified)
  • Added SuperSU Credit Chainfire
  • All apk's zipaligned
  • Apps to data/app support *Only on V1.0.1
  • Init.d support
  • See full changelog in Post 2
Full changelog in post 2

Installation for Unlocked Bootloader

  • Make a backup- Always backup just in case you ****up
  • Flash a stock based kernel with recovery. I recommend DooMKernaL
  • Enter recovery
  • Factory reset
  • Flash rom.
  • Reboot the ROM, the second time you get the spanner and wrench triange. Do not worry, leave it to do its business.
  • For TX users wishing to flash the JB version of this rom, then use this patch, credit to @shad0wbane
  • For TX phones flash this by asterix005. Please give him a thanks. *Only for version V0.0.5 and before

Installation for Locked Bootloader

  • For V1.0.0 and above, make sure you are on a stock JB kernel with recovery installed. Then flash the .zip in recovery, and follow the instructions above.
  • If you have any root issues flash this RootPackage-gregbradley.zip - 1.75 MB
  • For V0.0.5 and before do the following:-
  • Use flashtool to flash any generic 7.0.A.1.303 ftf.
  • Root using Bin4ry's method.
  • Install CMW for locked bootloaders
  • Enter recovery, factory reset and flash the ROM. Then flash the flashable version of CMW recovery for locked bootloaders before you reboot.
  • FIX FOR BOOTLOOP WITH EXTENDED BATTERY MODE. Flash this in flashtool to update your kernel to stock 7.0.A.3.195 Stock kernel.
  • For TX users wishing to flash the JB version of this rom, then use this patch, credit to @shad0wbane
  • For TX phones flash this by asterix005. Please give him a thanks.
[All the tools and links can be found from the all in one thread here]

Optional Installation Step

  • If you are coming from a ROM with the same base you can advance restore you data partition in CMW to get all your apps back.
  • These have not yet been confirmed working on the JB versions yet. You can also flash the build.prop and init.d tweaks from vinss68 found in post 4. These tweaks are maintained by vinss68 so any questions regarding these should be directed to him. Thanks vinss68

Changelog
All changelogs are recursive, meaning they include previous changelogs, unless stated.

  • Enable speed dial thanks to gregbradley
  • Fix the headphone sound level won't go past 75% by installing the soundlevelalert.apk back into system/app
  • RoundR app, rounding the corners of your screen.
V2.0.1

  • Fixed permission on the init.d scripts so they work. 98ksound is set to increase all gain by +1, 99vcpu is set to stock. Change them in /system/etc/init.d
Please read the warnings in earlier changelogs and I am not responsible for blown speakers or bootloops

  • Small Nav buttons currently are not small but they work fine, I will fix this
  • Removed sound Mods, everything else should be the same, please report if not

Delete 99vcpu.bak file from system/etc/init.d if you dont want this.
It could cause instability in some phones.
Change the value from 0 to anything you want using notepad++
on pc or using text editor on the phone (long press on the file to
do this) to decrease voltage more or even increase if your phone

can't get wifi enabled..
any idea?
Read the OP (I only just changed it, in the past few minutes) I found out myself and saw I forgot something. I am reuploading the ROM, but I also attached a fix to the OP.
Please flash it and let me know.

The new uploaded rom does work, I have it on my phone working, but to save you redownloading the whole rom I attached the fix...let me know if it works.

Apologies, it was a noob mistake from me
