Install Failed - Installer Error (Status 7)

I'm getting an installer error (status 7) message when I try to install ViperOne 8.0.0 to my ATT m7 from TWRP (latest version). I've attached my log file. Has anyone seen this? What is the solution?

Bad MD5 of ROM, old recovery, it may be even full system partition.

Downloaded another copy of the 8.0.0 ROM and install was successful this time.

Playstore not working

My playstore isn't installed in the ROM. Can someone please help me out?
I can't even install it manually.
Was there any option to install it in Aroma that i missed?

after installing any custom rom the device will get hot...just let it cool down.

I have a htc one m7 AT & T as living in Argentina, from one moment to another, because there was lost signal, did not recognize the sim, and did not work anything, now my question is would be solved if I install this rom ?, another query as I install this rom ?, by recovery, or from another method?

Hello! I have been using Viper Rom for M7 for quite some time. I need to know if there is any why to enable notification sound like Phone Ringer while phone is being used or while holding it. I checked all the setting but could not able to do it. thanks
