Only one for the moment. What kernels am I able to use with this Rom?

The rom that comes with MROM, without it you won't get HW accel benefits. The "leaked" kernel. You can check my signature to see that there is a port ongoing from xoom kernel if you want to take a look or help those guysI'm assuming you mean the stock kernel ? Or another one?

Maybe you have erased too much things!I hope one day this version will run on my two int'l atrixes (one d00, one 1100 tegrapart).
I tried even copmplete fastboot wipe:
[1] Erase /boot
[2] Erase /radio
[3] Erase /system
[4] Erase /userdata
[5] Erase /cache
[6] Erase /userdata and /cache
[7] Erase /webtop
[8] Erase /preinstall
but always I get stuck booting, during never-ending boot-animation![]()
Would some boot-log help? But how could I get one since I cannot boot into system? Are /var/log/messages etc erased when booting into recovery after a failed boot?
yes, sure I always also flash N_01.100.00R_europe_retail_09oct2011 - alas, always looping during boot animation.Maybe you have erased too much things!
You can try to install a radio (it's not included in any rom).
How about Epinter CM10? It's pretty stable...@ mmontuori
I know you're so busy with the kernel thing, but I'd like to ask you if you could make an updated Cm10 version (I miss the cm10 aokp)....I'm testing this cm9, with the 2nd core disabled, 912/216mhz @conservative and 312/216mhz on screen-off. I hope for a 15 hours battery!
Thank you.
Yes, but I'd like to have a cm10 with the leaked kernel/libs.How about Epinter CM10? It's pretty stable...
You won't get a usable ROM with leaked kernel. It ain't a daily driver. It's still buggy as hell. Motorola didn't release the kernal source.Yes, but I'd like to have a cm10 with the leaked kernel/libs.
Are you kidding? There is "somebody's CM10" already but as has been said, unstable because of kernel. So your request doesn't make sense at all.Yes, but I'd like to have a cm10 with the leaked kernel/libs.
Who's kidding who? I know there's "that cm10 rom" (but it's outdated and from an unknown dev (right?)) but I'd like Mmontuori takes the project and build with his own style (we know how he works), moreover he has done cm9, why not cm10.....Are you kidding? Uhh, why? Answered already: "unstable because of kernel" Until we have new (or hacked) kernel, nothing, repeat, nothing can be done to improve CM10 stability and battery drain.Who's kidding who? I'm at 13% battery, after 13h15' with 1h48' screen-on. Not so laggy, definitely a "daily-driver" with some compromises (short battery, heat when 3g is used).I'm testing this cm9, with the 2nd core disabled, 912/216mhz @conservative and 312/216mhz on screen-off. I hope for a 15 hours battery!
Thank you.
Man, Patience is a virtue. Nowadays MMontuori is working in a kernel project with krystianp (look at my signature for further details). If you want CM10 with kernel leak so badly, please take your time as he does and learn to compile it by yourself or get a nexus.Who's kidding who? It has been said many times why we initially have chosen xoom kernel and why we changed it to galaxy R. None of the kernels will work out of the box. Xoom kernel is STILL closest to our kernel, but due to some unknown reasons it has problems with booting on Atrix. Only kernel that was giving us any hope was galaxy R one. But it needed many changes, so many that we decided to adapt original atrix kernel code to new nvidia code. There are many things that makes difference. Every phone with tegra2 soc has different power regulator, only xoom has the same, but it doesn't use it in as wide aspect as atrix. Every phone can have and most of them have different devices attached to different controllers, which causes that same device might be controlled differenty by each phone. Each of devices HAS some proprietary code, which without documentation is very hard to understand. When it comes to more tegra2 specific parts, each OEM can use different sets of gpios or pinmuxes to get/set data on each controller or sensor, camera, etc. Things can use different clocks and frequencies. Concluding none of the available (phone) kernel sources makes our development path easier. But it doesn't mean that it can't be done. We are working on it. We are monitoring tegra2 development on other phones. We welcome any help but it should be very specific,I just wonder, if Lg`s Optimus 2x recived Ics update, can someone dump the kernel an work with that? They have similar hardware except Ram memory, fingerprint ( I do not really care about it). It will be much easy to work with this ,than with Xoom kernel I think.
Anyway......many congratulations to all developers and what thay have done with our Atrix.
