We do not have the source code, we are trying to create source so we can troubleshoot the problems..

Thanks for the clarifications. I thought you were using the Google's version of 2.6.39.4 for MROM-ICS and found it working.

As far as I know, that is a kernel issue, all ROMs based on the leaked kernel have the same problem. Try messing around with the screen backlight settings, like turning automatic backlight off/on. I heard that helps sometimes.

hey mmontuori, i think you should lock this thread and let people 100% aware that this isnt being worked on anymore because youre working in the 3.1.1.0 kernel porting, that will be far more useful and helpful in the community than this ROM with a unfinished kernel made by some motodev that released it just to make us feel bad for not getting the official OTA.
(that motodev part was a joke, i think. lol)
kinda offtopic, but i think its what you should do.

Thank you to remind me. Compass in GPS Status & Toolbox works but north and south are reversed. Should be corrected in rom or application itself?

I switched to MROM CM7 rom but North is rotating along phone's heading....

GPS broken!

Am i the only one having this issue.
I cant get a gps location location, not even a dot is show on the maps app.

I did try to use gps status app and downloa0d the a-gps data but that did not help in any way.

I was looking for better battery life Leaked Kernel. This looked Good but,

The reason I actually I use leaked kernel is Playing Real Racing 3 High Settings.

Real Racing 3 Doesn't work on this Rom I am using AtrICS at the moment.

Hi @ all,
I love the MRom Style so i wanted to test the CM9 Build.
But my wifi don't work and the phone don't eats my sim Card.(not network, phoneing,...)
All other things work.
I've changed the original Kernel with the 3.1.10 Kernel from Krystianp CM9 Alpha Build.
The Alpha build CM9 works great!
(i changed the whole boot.img to MROM CM9)
In the systeminfo it shows the kernel right. All Ram is ok,...
What can i do to fix my problems?

Patch and compile the kernel yourself.
You do realize this is all ALPHA quality software?

because you also need the kernel modules, located on /system/lib/modules, IRC, they are not present on the boot.img. (and there are other rom-dependant thing on the boot.img.

Ok so basically you're trying to run this rom, but boot it up with the CM9/3.1.10 kernel. Different roms. Extract kernel and package it with the correct boot.img
