Yes they are both installed (they are installed by default in Aroma) I didn't select anything in Aroma installer.

OK, went to settings----language and keyboard---Turn on "Google Voice Typing"---then, click to open google voice typing----choose input language---deselect auto and click on english US.

Without selecting english, i still didnt have mic. With english selected the mic popped up.

Now mic is on keyboard for all apps that do not have a built in mic button. For example, dolphin browser and google maps do not show the mic because they have a mic icon buitl in.
Messages, gmail, email, and notes all show the mic button now

Let me know if it works on others

My 4 year old chose the messaging colors, so dont laugh to loudly at me

Great catch. I'm on the stock AT&T ROM right now (missed this post last hour, was going to provide a screenshot myself) and I can confirm that out of the box, the 'Google Voice' setting is enabled, and set to Automatic.

I also see that (on the stock ROM) the battery icon is animated...when charging.

Now, to restore my backup so I can get back to beautiful, colored Elegancia and crazy-good battery-life:

I have power saving enabled and I have unchecked turn data off with screen off.

The part that I am confused is about the boot.img flashing. When I flash the boot.img do I have to reboot the phone and then Enter recovery and install new rom or do I flash boot.img and then go into recovery and flash rom using a custom recovery? I usually get a scary message saying something about unable to load sd information please unplug usb cable.

I messed up my phone real bad but somehow was able to get it up and running again

Yes. Im experiencing the same thing. WiFi disconnects when my screen is off. Same settings as yours.

2 options:
Easiest way if you like stock look is to flash the stock look Rom, it has the entire stock look, included smileys.
Or if you wish to stay with Colored flash the attached zip
