odexed vs Deodexed

for such user who is interest of this.

Tried Neatrom Lite odexed and NeatRom Lite deodexed on my S3

In Benchmark, in Feeling of smoothnes and Start of Apps-->its defenetly not noticeable that odexed Version is much faster.

Only Boot is a little bit faster.

We cant have both USB and MTP option,only one of those is actually allowed in stock based roms if we need both we will have to use an AOSP based roms

This is not true. If you flash MTP (that is how stock Samsung comes) you have both. If you connect to computer it uses MTP, and for UMC you have to select it first from the menu. If you flash the other you can never have MTP, and for UMC you have to confirm it anyway from the notifications menu.

I don't like NeatROM to come with MTP completely disabled this way, you lack the function. With stock you have both.

I can't wipe my internal memory, anyone know how to fix this?
I go to settings>storage>format usb storage, after its done all the data is still there. I have tried using CWR and wiping it from there but is gives me an error when i try to format or mount sd-ext.

Please show us the error. Do you have the sdcard connected to the computer in mass storage mode?

Hey I missed this one (thanks scandiun).
Usb storage is internal SD.
If you want to format external SD you should select format SD card.

ESD could I ask you what brand of 64gb MSDcard are you using?
A friend of mine gave me one and a brand new battery but the card gets corrupted easily, tried formatting it (5 times each already) to FAT32 and default FAT from windows and no dice.

Got that card and new battery and my phone will be like new again.

I also don't like that. Tried flashing a mod/entering the command via adb shell that enables MTP but windows 7 doesn't detect MTP drivers. It gives code 10 error and couldn't find a solution that works. What is UMC?

I see many users with media scan issue, so what causes it and why does it not affect everyone?
@jeetu, doing a great job buddy, ESD don't do bad either
Where did that keyboard pop up from
That has fixed what was wrong with stock keyboard.
It has the symbols on the keys!!! At last!!!

I just went back to SwiftKey earlier too, as good as TouchPal is, it has some annoying quirks like constantly replacing or not recognising very simple words so you have to keep checking it hasn't changed some of your words, thats with spell checker on or off.
I just have to live with constantly writing out my email address unless this new stock keyboard is any good (and doesn't use 35+MB RAM)

Hi churapa. I took Sammy's 64Gb SDXC Pro (but SanDisk should be just as good but was more expensive).
I've read it needs to be formatted from the phone (CWM Recovery) as Fat32 but haven't tried that and formatted it as exFat from Windows directly using card reader and Philz recognized it from the start. No issues so far.
No problem, mate. Anytime.

So you are willing to try out the new and improved Sammy keyboard, eh Bob?? @esd Mate, I am going to ask you a million dollar question.. How do you get such ridiculously awesome battery results? I think you don't follow Bob's Bible, you dont freezze anything, no UV.. So how? Write a short ESD battery guide for me, will you? I ll be grateful and so will a lot of others
