I think my battery is on the verge of death, since it doesn't run off the cradle with the 4 core kernel. Is it possible to make one with just two cores, as that one will basically last me the whole day after I take it off the cradle. I tried using the 2 core kernel in the other thread but I wasn't able to get it to boot. Thanks!

this is a really good rom. has really good battery life. i guess i'm a very light user... lol. 100% at 9am. 94% at 5pm. replied to around 10 texts.
anyways, have a small issue with wechat notifications not going to the watch. however, hangouts, inbox and other notifications all go to the watch fine. any thoughts, suggestions?

Hi

Did you choose your Android account on your watch when it was prompted?
It comes no question ! i install android ware ---> conect successful with bluetooth ,and comes "Search for update" .

All permissions granded no data protection , manuell update with Googel Acc. does not help.

If i install Android 6. with same method (Minimal ADB) works all fine only ota update to Android 7 works.

Hi

Hi did ask the question because I made this mistake leading me to prevent app installation. I first choose not to install my account into the watch as it was already supposed to be connected through Android Wear (from phone), but with Android Wear 2.0, you need to select your account, AND TO REINSTALL all your wear Applications from your watch, even if it's already installed into the phone.

The other thing that blocked me was Xprivacy, preventing Android Wear to connect to www.google.com, but you don't seem to be concerned by this either...

Restore zip?

I'll build in the next days a restore zip but you can flash the stock image without issue also with the partition changed. You might have issue with big update but if you flash system and boot with fastboot there will be no issue
Hello Skin1980

I can't find the restore zip...
I like your rom but my watch won't start unless it's in the charger (probably battery related)
Looking to get back to original state with correct partition size.

Update:
No need to create such a file, I'll modify the 'update-binary' and switch img to original (into zip) BUT
1: what are the original size of system and cache partition?
2: How to get the system partition back to squashfs?

Thanks again for your time

so every time i factory reset the watch, i have to flash this zip in order to boot into the OS.
is this how it's supposed to be or am i doing something wrong?
Wipe in twrp recovery and you shouldn't have to flash the zip

This is the restore zip. Follow the guide on the urbane thread but flash the original 2.0 update for the Watch R instead of the Urbane stuff.

Watch can't boot without cradle

Hello there,

As i was still not able to receive phone call into my watch when receiving it in my phone, I decided to format (again) the watch, but now, My watch can't boot properly without the cradle.

If I switch it on normally, I'll have the LG logo, then it will swith off by itself.

I spent all week-end trying to make it work again without any success.

What should I check also ??

thanks
