New Market not working

My "Market" recently automatically updated to the latest version called "Play Store" but now it force closes every time I try to open it. Is anyone else having this issue.

Try uninstall update from apps setting for Google Play. It help in my case.

go to settings>language and keyboard>select language>select eg. english (united states)

basically change from "mb" or something strange like that to english or any other normal language,just make a change...and it probably will work

Nope, I have other priorities in my life now. Besides I'm still using this ROM and have no plans to switch to some other. Everything that I need just work and I'm satisfied with that.

I'm having a nightmare trying to change my gps.conf to UK rather than north America. I have used ES Explorer and mounted the system drive, plus my legend is rooted. As soon as I change it and save it, the phone reboots itself after a few seconds!

All gps apps that try to modify the gps.conf also causes a reboot. I have also tried using CMW to flash a zip file with a modified gps file in it, but I get an error (status 0) every time.

Help please, I have spent so long on this its driving me nuts!

I'm currently looking for the possibility to install some "font size enlarger" application working fine with this rom (yes, we are getting older....) I found "font size" which is working only from android 2.3 and beyond. Please, do you have any experience? I understand that Blayo has no possibility to upgrade the ROM to this version. Thanks

@ mikemac, do you have your phone s-off? If not, you'll not succeed re-writing your system file in normal mode... Anyways, I used rootexplorer instead of ES explorer on S-OFFed Legend...

And with the flashable .zip file: you do realize that to flash your GPS.conf, you have to have a script that re-writes your gps.conf, don't you?

You can try adb push, that should work in recovery ;-)

Yep, I found the problem, mine was S-On, meaning I couldnt make changes to /system. So I flashed hboot 1.2, now all is good. Thanks!

you flashed hboot 1.2?
Legend and now you have a S-OFF?

Can you explain how you did it?

I have a Legend S-ON with 1.1 hboot

With hboot 1.2 you can unlock your bootloader at htcdev. It is still s-on, but you have system r/w and can flash a custom recovery.

Look around the forums. Head to Chef Central and browse around there. This should be enough to get you started. Also, Google is your friend

Just installed this ROM! I like it but I found a strange bug
Sometimes, the numbers of my clock appear in other language... I don't know what language, but its not Spanish for sure...
