Very hard, this is a common bug from AOSP code. Some roms has fixed it but I'm not sure.

hotspot could be a kernel related bug... for example, with morfuz it didn't work on any rom. Tray flashing genom.

Im in RR but battery drain seems pretty much.. Thinking of trying dis rom buh since its in beta stage bugs will be probably high.... Might just flash Bootleggers rom!!!

The next version will be solved. It is just an error in the kernel that is solved by switching to another.

I don't have two sims at my disposal. In order to correct the error, I would need someone to connect the phone in debug mode and send me the log.
