It's not about best and worst roms. Every rom has its pros and cons. My advice is choose a few roms that you feel more inspired with and try them out by yourself. Only then you'll be able to choose which one is the best for you.

Well I want a rom that is more agile and less slow of stock at the same time it has more or less the same customizations of gravity box. I think that the field now has shrunk enough.

Why would you want something like gravitybox if you can use gravitybox itself? Anyway my favorite roms remain blisspop for the high customization and paranoid for the smoothness.
As I already said there's no other way to know which rom suits you better without trying them out yourself.
