Finally my turn to give the Kitchen a go..

This is what first step have given me:

New working rev 4.. Tested several times.. No apps2sd

Rev 0.3 - MAPS REMOVED
Rev 0.3 - NO A2SD (Maps pre-updated to 4.4.0)
Rev 0.3 (Maps pre-updated to 4.4.0)
Rev 0.2 - Updated (should work now)
Note: First boot will take very long time.. Please don't give up.. It is only the FIRST boot that takes a long time...
Rev 0.1

Downloads have NO TIME DELAY.. Located at own server..

Changes according to stock rom:

OS Version: 2.1-update1 (Build ERE27)
Rooted (Of course)
BusyBox installed
Apps2SD
Wireless Tethering
Bootscreen changed to Android Robot.
Deodexed
Added task killer tweak
Removed bootsound
Removed apps: Teeter and Stock
Added apps: Rom Manager, Quick System Info and XDA-developers

My setup:
Using 4 GB SD partitioned: 32MB / 512MB (ext2 -> 3) / REST

This is what Quick System Info gives me after a clean install (everything wiped):

A2SD Storage: Total: 457Mb, Free: 422 Mb
Internal Storage: Total: 185Mb, Free: 122 Mb
System Storage: Total: 240Mb, Free: 65,12 Mb
System Cache: Total: 40Mb, Free: 38,86 Mb
Memory: Total: 292Mb, Free: 112Mb, Idle: 3,29Mb

Hope this is usefull information for some of you outthere..

Maps pre-upgraded to 4.4.0 - to avoid Package error.
No preinstalled apps.. Install what you like yourself...

Added Astro FileManager ( + Bluetooth & SMB addons)
Removed default pictures from Footstep and bookmarks.
Included Wake on Trackball MOD
Included Battery Circle MOD
Changed bootanimation to BIOS-boot..

So far no issues. Everything seem to work, and Ive installed several apps without issues.

TBH Ive uninstalled the app; Quick System Info, but this ROM will replace my current Official_rooted.

Working on rev0.2

This morning I have just made a small change.. (rev0.2) Havent had time to test it myself yet..
I moved ALL application from system/app to data/app..

In this way one should be able to delete ANY app.

Also Rom Manager is updated to latest version..
and Estrong FileManager is includded (I thought this to be the best since it has also build in FTP-support)

If you don't mind an opinion...there is now available an unlock mode with the optical trackball button, could be handy to include it in your rom.

Hehe.. that's a very good question..
For now I believe it to be a2sd (the one available in the Kitchen at the moment -- I will look in to difference between a2sd and a2sd+ really soon..

Futher planning is to include the unlock mode for optical trackball and also the batteri circle.. But I am at work right now and the rest of the day I'm celebreting my sons birthday... so moving on tomorrow with next rev..

Didn't work too good for me. installed with 32/512MB, Sense loads (after asking whitch launher to start, I can choose Sense or 2x Setup). after, a loop of FC on Sense, can't do anything else but power off... :/

I've just flashed 0.2 rev but after 15' all I have is a boot loop with a blinking Android on the screen.... All wipe options were performed. Now I'm trying the 0.1....

The error is in rev 0.2 which I have currently removed. Please download rev 0.1 - should be working.. Currently no issues/bugs have been found with rev 0.1
