Tsubasa release date 20/08/2020 + root.
The Camera phone crashes after taking some photos (16 in my case) and the system becomes instable.

That's something we had a few years ago but I can't remember why yet, will check.

Huashan has no issue with that from what I tested, however I reproduced it on Mint.
Apparently it's eating RAM and getting killed by the system, even on the new build.

Tsubasa; Last release (20/08/2020).
I added my logcat. I have just a delay with GPS 3d fix. I tested the hardware and the antenna and all seems ok.

What is your question actually ?
As I said to another GPS question, sadly I can't do much to improve it.

A new release 23/08/2020 will be available, on my side, the performance and normal usage have improved a lot :

• Migration to userspace Low Memory Killer daemon (LMKD) instead of the old kernel LMK
• Massive kernel updates against upstream, especially LZ4 and ZRAM (257 commits)
• Additional SEPolicies updates

Apparently the upload failed when the build completed.
Relaunched it only for Tsubasa, you should see the new build now.

What is your question actually ?
As I said to another GPS question, sadly I can't do much to improve it.

I solved GPS ISSUE for a while in this way:
- Reverted to sony stock rom to test gps correct working;
- Made a clean install of lineage os;
All working for a period, but then I had the same issue.

The next release will resolve these :

• Video playback : Due to Android 10 newer codecs, recorded videos now play properly
• Boot : The bootimage will support Magisk as the current one does not
• Notifications : Minor fix on lights selection (https://review.lineageos.org/c/LineageOS/android_frameworks_base/+/283994)

I can't install magisk with the build of 23 08, neither with this boot image.

1 Button to close the software or open the software does not work
2 In the 30th update, I press the power button and the phone does not lock

hello adrian and thank you for this release, android 10 has improved the user experience a lot. i only have one problem with my xperia v. my recent apps button doesnt work, ive tried other launchers as well as nova activities and binding gestures but no luck. this was a clean install from 9.
should i revert back to stock rom and upgrade again? thank you very much.

Compass sensor: absent.
Do I have a hardware problem or anyone else has the same issue?

I installed one GPS test app, in my phone, it can't find any star for a period. Is that because it's very slow to find stars as one above reply described or the GPS function not work?

I experienced the following issues:
- The camera App takes photo, but don't save them If I choose to save in sd card;
- The "panoramic view" button doesn't work
- The GPS sometime fixes sometime not; I ask to Adrian if this release may have the same issue as the Lineage 15.1 Rom; that issue was recognized and solved with the release of June 2018 (you can find my post and Adrian's answer in Lineage OS 15.1 forum);
- Many apps show that the Compass sensor is not present (buti I don't know if this is a problem of my hardware) and so I can't calibrate it (I used these apps: "GPS Status"; "GPS Test"); I think GPS fix can be delayed by this issue;
- Accelerometer not working even with "permissive kernel patcher"
- Using the app "Waze navigator", the smartphone sometime restarts.

I want to say "thank you" to Adrian for his great work and for all the time he spends to improve the rom of this old device.

UPDATE: I flashed "permissive kernel patcher" and the magnetic sensor now is present and works again. GPS gets a lot of sats with good signal, but it takes 20 minutes for 3d fix and sometimes 3d fix is impossible. It is impossible to use a navigator. Image 1 e 2 are taken before permissive kernel patch.

- First of all try disabling LTE (set 3G only) and test your gps; if still it does not work, keep 3G only mode and follow the istruction below

After many attempts, I modified the Gps.conf in a way that works for xperia v. In my smartphone (xperia V) Gps takes 7 minutes to fix the first time, but later it fixes in less than 1 minute. It is necessary to rename the gps.txt (attached) in gps.conf and then you have to copy the file in vendor/etc (after a backup of the original file). To do that it is necessary to root the smartphone and to use an app like root explorer.

As i came late to the party (20200920-unofficial), a small bug only on tsubasa (doesn`t accure on SP <strike>or T</strike>):

In the bottom navigation bar, the "recent button" (the square one to the right) gets a touch respond, but nothing happens, no "recent apps overview" pops up.

Edit: Also on T (mint), rechecked (thx @Th3-822, this has nothing to do with low-ram en- or disablepatch)

Also, Magisk didn`t survive reflash, even script was executed, as i remember.So had to reflashing bootbridge after rom reflash.

Strange, i`ve got two tsubasas running with 20201025.
On one "recent apps" is working, also with "system navigation" (3-button navigation) option available under gestures.
On the other one, same rom, but recent apps is not working and no "system navigation" option under gestures.
Tried wipe cache, changed profiles as suggested on the net (switching to a different user as also suggested not implemented yet) and so on...nothing.

As this rom is in beta (thx @AdrianDC again for your efforts) i don`t want to spam the whole thread with every tiny "bug" adriandc is probably aware of.
If any logs, issue-reporting or testing for tsubasa/mint/huashan is welcomed or needed, just leave a note in the thread.

You release A10 for Xperia TX which has only 1gb of RAM - that doesn't make sense with such RAM. So how to upgrade perfomance for normal use of A10 on TX?
