Hello! I had the same bug as @Murilo_no with my banking app crashing, joined their telegram support group, sent a long message explaining what I found and asking if i could send the log privately to tushar because I don't want my information publically available, if there was any, and the message got deleted by a bot because it saw it as spam. Sent a DM to tushar apologizing for DM-ing him and copying+pasting my original message, and this morning i woke up banned from the group and blocked by him. So i guess if you have a bug, tough luck, tushar would much rather work on his own to probably fix the bug, and he doesn't need reports or logs, it seems

really? were you being respectful? haha. if this really happened then the maintainer better address what happened because it seems pretty fishy to be blocked off just like that for reporting a bug

This is what i said. I wasn't disrespectful, at least I hope I wasn't, because i want to treat people how i wanna be treated. I agree, messaging people out of the blue is a bad move, but i thought he appreciated a full bug report. Wasn't trying to be a nuisance, but apparently it got taken as that way. Anyways, I switched ROMs and I'm gonna see if my banking app works now.

Sorry, I don't know what a BTS scam is. And I already switched ROMs, gonna try and see if the banking app works now. Not going to join the group again for now, plus the block from you, the report to Telegram and the limitation which was placed on my account following it are still in effect, so i learned my lesson.
For the record, I didn't install Magisk, nor did I say anywhere in the message that I did. I'm trying to stay away from it since even with the app itself hidden and MagiskHide enabled and with that app selected, the app still detects that the phone is rooted, so Magisk is a no-go.

First of all thanks for your hard work. Second I can't flash the latest version because Orangefox can't decrypt internal storage and I don't have an sdcard. So is there a way to flash it via fastboot?

I need to enable a few apps to autostart but for some reason my dumb brain cant remember how!!!

Also congrats on the ROM, i tried the other android 12 rom and there was USB connection issues! with this rom i have yet to find a bug other than in the hotspot settings there is an option called:

Turn Off Hotspot Automatically

I set this to off and everytime i reboot the device it turns on again,,,,,its a bit annoying lol

I have found another few bugs.

1: When using Bluetooth headphones, if you connect them during a call, they use the phone microphone but the headset speakers.

The only way I have found to fix this is during the call, to unpair and re-pair the headset, when the headset reconnects, the call will then use the mic and speakers from the headset.

2: Another bug, this one is Android 12\Pixel related, so I don't think you will be able to fix it, however, on certain games, where you are required to sign into your account to play, eg Diablo Immortal, When it pops up the external sign in window you can type in your email and password, but this does not flow through to the game.

To fix this, when the sign in Windows pop up, click the 3 buttons in the top right and select "open in Chrome" and sign in through Chrome, then the Sign in feedback will follow through to the game and you can log in!

after a few days of use, it does has audio feedback/replay issue during video calls, in which the other person could hear all the audio that is played on our phone

I just tried to set up fingerprints on this rom and the fingerprint scanner is complete garbage.

I know this isnt a hardware issue because i flashed back to a MIUI rom and tested it and it worked great.

On this rom, when setting up fingerprint it constantly tells me the "scanner is dirty" or "clean scanner" even if i do this, once a fingerprint is saved to the device, it doesnt actually work to unlock the phone!!!

Using Android 12 roms on the Redmi Note 9S completely farks the fingerprint usage!!

It is that bad i have had to disable it and just use a pin....

Hello there, first of all i want to say thank you for your good work yo did in this rom to make it stable as much as you can and i really liked this rom but there's a few suggestions to make this ROM even more reliable on:

1. Sometimes there's a lag when unlocking device via fingerprint.
2. There's some missing features like face unlock, flash light notifications, vibrate when the call connects, pickup to wake, ambient display.

For now that's what i found missing for me and thanks again for your good work in this rom

Thank you for a great ROM. Installed today and everything seems fine, although my banking app authenticator is not working: it shuts off instantly after opening it. I'm sure it's not an issue on my end because I had evolution x before and the authenticator worked just fine.

Hopefully this gets fixed in the upcoming weeks, as the authenticator is one of the apps I can't do any online payments without.

Also is it just me or is there no update section in the options? I'm fine with downloading the image every time there's an update, but an update section would be really useful.

One more bug is that with my phone calls or messenger calls, the mic is relatively low. My banking app crash, this mic issue.

May I humbly ask if this ROM supports Automatic Call Recording ? Either natively or through a Magisk module ? I am yet to try make a switch but call recording is important to me.

While I could try the ROM and test the feature, I'm requesting if any users who've already tested would be kind enough to confirm.

Seems that a software update from Smart-ID themselves fixed the problem, app is working fine for now.
