I don't intend to use third party apps, and Lineage OS being so close to stock don't have record option in dialer. I was hoping for some flashable zips etc for same.

I agree. Most stable and bugless rom.
Maybe it's just many people less interested on stock android with less Customization.

I only need 2-3 minor customisation. I am lefty so recent "clear all" bottom in left, data monitor and sound profile. Lol
Xposed for pie will change the game.
Question- this rom does force encryption?
